Learn More About Trading | Master The Markets

Do you have questions about trading education in South Africa? You’re in the right place!

This FAQ covers everything you need to know before you start trading , from minimum capital requirements to what it takes to become a consistent, profitable trader. At The Systems Traders, we believe in empowering everyday people with the right tools, strategies, and mindset to master the markets confidently.

It can vary depending on which broker you use, we trade through Trade Nation and the minimum deposit at Trade Nation is R1000,00.

Nothing in trading is guaranteed, however you can give yourself an edge in the market that will lead to a higher probability of success. To see how we have defined our edge, visit us on a Wednesday Night webinar, its FREE.

Every successful trader should have the aim to be consistently profitable, even if it means taking a lower risk and focus on compounding growth over time. The typical rule is to chase 1% to 2% daily, this is not advice but purely educational.

There is no way to accurately predict the outcome for future trades on a strategy, the only way to see if the strategy could be something profitable is to observe historical performance. This is usually done through a process known as back testing.

Every market can be a good market to trade, but it depends on what you as a trader like. It also depends on the strategy you are trading that is being applied to the market and / or time frame. The broker you use can also determine which markets are suitable for trading. We use Trade Nation as they have some of the lowest spreads in the world making it easy to trade on the lower time frames and not having to worry about your entry price. It’s free to make an account through them and they do not charge any commissions; they are licensed in the UK and South Africa.

PLEASE NOTE:

Trading foreign exchange and CFD’s carries a high level of risk. The Systems Traders provides educational material only and does not offer financial advice. Past performance is no guarantee of future performance.
